What we collect

When you order, we collect the contact and registrant details you provide (name, company, email, phone, address). Domain registries require registrant contact details, some of which may appear in public WHOIS output as governed by registry policy.

Why we collect it

To register domains and provide services, to bill you, to contact you about your services, and to comply with registrar, registry and South African legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the upstream registrar/registry and service providers required to deliver your service — never sold to third parties. Registrant details are processed per the relevant registry agreements.

How long we keep it

For the life of your services plus the period required by law and registrar record-keeping rules.

Your rights (POPIA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@catchupgroup.co.za. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Security

Access to your data is limited to the people who run CatchupGroup, on hardened infrastructure, over encrypted connections.
