1. About us

CatchupGroup is a South African online-services reseller operating catchupgroup.co.za. We register domains and provide hosting, email and related services through accredited upstream providers.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed once your EFT payment clears into our account. Provisioning happens within one business day of cleared payment. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude VAT where applicable.

3. Domain registrations

You are responsible for the accuracy of registrant details. Domain registrations are subject to the relevant registry and registrar policies, including ICANN and ZACR rules. Domains that are not renewed by their expiry date may be released by the registry according to its lifecycle rules.

4. Acceptable use

Our services may not be used for unlawful content, spam, phishing, malware distribution or abuse of shared resources. Accounts used for such purposes may be suspended without refund.

5. Liability

Services are provided with reasonable care. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Changes
