Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Domains

Domain registrations are fulfilled with the registry immediately after payment and cannot be cancelled or refunded once registered, per registry rules. You own the domain for the term you paid for.

Hosting, email and other services

If a service cannot be provisioned as described, you receive a full refund. If you are unhappy within the first 7 days of a new hosting service, contact us — we will make it right or refund the service fee. Renewals can be cancelled any time before the renewal date by emailing info@catchupgroup.co.za.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned via EFT to the account the payment came from, typically within 5 business days of approval.

Exceptions

Accounts terminated for abuse of our acceptable-use terms are not eligible for refunds.
